The baked-frozen range


After the success of the Grand Pain de France part-baked bread range, Château Blanc has released a new authentic bread range that uses the best of tradition and innovation. The bread is not only part-baked, it is actually baked!

With the baked-frozen range, the time taken at the outlet is halved, regardless of the size; 3 to 10 min is all you need, and with smaller sizes, defrosting can be sufficient. The baked-frozen range will keep for several days after defrosting.
